This is the best Jewelry shop I have ever encountered! My family members first went here, they told me I should go and give their names. I did, I was pleased at the attention they gave me, the kindness and caring staff. I needed to have an old diamond ring redesigned, Ely said he could do it! WOW, I was so amazed at what he created for me! I love my new ring. They have also assisted me with jewelry repair. The prices are reasonable. If you’re looking for jewelry this is the place to go!

Ro Ma Jewelers has been our go-to for jewelry for years, and they never disappoint. Eli has a true gift for design; the rings he's created for me are simply breathtaking. Recently, we asked him to reimagine my wedding band and engagement ring. I shared my dream design with him, and he created a custom set that exceeded all my expectations.

I had a wonderful experience at Ro Ma Jewelers. The owners and their employees were honest, friendly, and helpful. I needed a jewelry appraisal and they explained their rationale for the amount they came to based on the current market numbers and were transparent. Plus they had so many beautiful jewelry pieces to look at! My daughter and I will definitely be back! I’ve only ever done jewelry shopping in downtown LA, so RoMa is now my new place and it’s so much closer to home.

I’ve been exclusively going to Roma for over a decade now and my parents have been going exclusively sense the early 90s. I had just recently given Eli a considerably large custom project with a very short timeline. It was described to me as impossible from others in the industry. However, Eli made it happen with 100% accuracy. The piece turned out to be better than anticipated even when I had given Eli a change of plans halfway through the design process. Eli had contacted me with clear and punctual communication on how we were going to proceed and still managed to get it done in record breaking time. I understand that I got lucky with the timeline I had given. The times may very and it may or may not be achievable with everybody but I will not go anywhere other than Roma, and specifically, Eli. Their staff is very hospitable and knowledgable. Their facility is very professional and their pricing is fair. 5 out of 5 without any hesitation.

It was absolutely lovely working with Eli and the team at Ro Ma. After looking for my wedding band at several different jewelry stores in town, I decided I needed to go to the custom route. I had been very impressed with the quality of the rings in their showroom, so I decided to work with them. From start to finish the whole process took less than a month. Eli created a 3D model, then a wax ring for me to try on for adjustment. The final ring was perfect - exactly what I asked for. I would absolutely recommend them for your fine jewelry needs.
