We stopped by Macy while visiting the Valencia Town Center. My wife wanted to take a look at their jewlery so when she was doing that, I just went walking around the store. This is a 2 level Macy so they have a lot of stuff on display. There a Toys R Us here and also some furniture along with mattresses as well. The customer service we received here at the jewlery department was good. There also a women bathroom on the second level as well.

This location Burbank mall is easy to access , they have special Christmas pricing ( not all items) example: Channel for women , Azzaro the most wanted I got it for a very good deal and a gift with it. 👍

I went to the mall to get a mascara and I asked for the M·A·CSTACK WATERPROOF MASCARA I pulled out the sample and gave it to the lady so she can get me the one I wanted, she proceeded to open the cabinets they were almost empty and I thought she got the mascara I asked for and she pulled out the Macstack Mascara Superstack instead she didn’t let me see it took it to the register she charged me. I was going to pay in cash and she just assumed that I was going to pay with card and when I handed her my money she said “sorry no I already pushed the card button ” SHE DIDNT WANT MY MONEY SHE made me payed with Apple Pay then she put my product in the bag and I didn’t look at it until I got home this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I tried calling the macys number and Called the department more then 5 times and no one picked up

I bought a cologne for Christmas I was told if I buy a cologne and the person didn’t like it I could return within 30 days as long as it was only sprayed a couple times . I came to return and I was told since it was open I could only do an exchange it was frustrating because I had already made the replacement purchase online. I pushed and was offered a gift card for the amount. I put it on a new high interest macys credit card so it wasn’t ideal bc I’m going to be stuck paying interest on and item I returned.

I had lost my makeup bag so I had to purchase everything again but it was great experience at the Estee Lauder counter. They were so helpful. Highly recommend going there for just about anything you need

LP follow me the whole time I was there shopping for men's fragrance getting on the radio telling others to watch me on camera. I don't steal and I worked for Macy's 7 years in Atlanta and to come to California and to be treated like this. Why? MACY'S What did I do wrong to be followed. I bought $150 worth of fragrance and you still followed me.

Very nice, spacious and open Macy's. You can find most of what you would expect at a Macys. Makeup, mens, women's and kids clothing and more. There's a Starbucks inside, and easy free parking outside.
