I have ordered a brand new The Penelope pool/dining table combo and two matching long benches made by Imperial and super happy with service, price, and installation provided by Hollywood Billiards. The whole experience was very easy and quick, considering I've never set foot inside their showroom. Marisol was very knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of choices via email. I've shoped around and no one could beat their ALL IN price and level of service. I've placed an order a week later, and the following week everything was delivered and installed all at once! Were receive a Bedford Dinning Pool table and it is more than were specking and it look much better than in the pictures. They give us a real good deal and there are so kind and patiences and an excellent customer service. Today I had my Reno pool table with the dining top installed. it was very important to me that I would see and know exactly what I was buying. Marisol helped me by sending me pictures of not just the pool tables color but different types of felts as well. The pool table is very sturdy and insanely beautiful. The installers were courteous quiet and worked fast and proficiently. I would definitely recommend Hollywood pool tables to anyone.

I have to say I was a little hesitant on buying a pool table that I had only seen in pics. But after speaking to Marisol I not only ordered the table but decided to also purchase the matching bench. The best service i ever recieved from a online order. Marisol saved me a lot of money and hooked me up with a bunch of extras. She even went out of her way to find the cheapest pool table installer in my area. I would recommend to anyone. Table is gorgeous and looks fantastic in my house. I got this table for at least $3,000 cheaper then any other local dealer.
