Cindy is such an amazing person. I went in not knowing what I was looking for I told her I had a family wedding on Sat it was Tue when i went in and she picked out a dress for me to try on. I fell in love and she ordered it in the color I needed it which was plum. My dress arrived thur. Great price! great customer service! Will be coming again and highly recommend this store.

Fraudulent “No Return Policy”, don’t do business with this place. First of all,this business doesn’t have a return policy accessible to the customers, when you try to return something they will pull a sign they have hidden under on the counter that states “ due to Covid-19 all sales are final, no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions “. We are in 2024 and all Covid- 19 protections has ended, so relaying on covid-19 to not accept returns is ridiculous. For sure this sign is not visible to the customers. So if you are unsatisfied with the customer service on this business and you need a refund. I encourage everyone to file a complaint with the “Federal trade commission “ , “the CA attorney general” , “CA consumer protection office” and with the “Better Business Bureau”. If I don’t get my refund I will post all the links, so you can place multiples complaints, and together we can make this bad faith business comply with the law.

Went for XV dama dresses today and got the best prices around. Went to Downtown LA and prices ranged from $120-180 per dress. In San Fernando Mall strip prices were more than Downtown for same dresses. Here at Cindy I got this beautiful dress UNDER!!! $100 including taxes!!!! Having 6 damas. Can’t be happier.

I love this place. We have bought from Sweet 15 dresses to Wedding Dresses, as well as bridesmaid dresses and we love every single one of them. They have amazing customer service, they even went out of their way to get my best friends wedding dress on time. I love that they don't insist on a certain amount for deposit on the dresses, and the dresses and really cheap so you might not even need to leave one. And they run in plus sizes so that is great! I have loved them since the first time we bought a dress there. I will always continue to buy dresses there. They are amazing.

They really care about their customers!
I originally bought a burgundy dress for prom but they didn't have my size or color in stock so the owner Cindy went out of her way to try to find it available for me. She finally did and I'm so happy about it. I recommend this store for everyone. Great customer service 🙂

Absolutely fabulous experence. We had already gone to a few shops looking for a winter formal dress for my daughter. After awhile of looking/trying on dresses, an associate came up and picked out the perfect dress. I mean, it was absolutely perfect. The fit was beautiful and the dress itself was beautiful!!!!! I am 100% satisfied we came and glad we listened to the associate.

Horrible customer service the lady that sold us the dresses did not tell my mom that when picking them up we would have to make an appointment to pick them up and the manager was so rude to my mom and yelling at her that it’s not there fault that she DIDNT know we had to make an appointment and it’s not our fault that they can’t do there job right, he told her she would have to wait 30 minutes when my mom doesn’t have 30 minutes to spend in that store and the manager was telling my mom to calm down. I do NOT recommend getting dresses from here ABSOLUTELY horrible service.
