We shop monthly at Brown Bear Toys for durable, educational quality toys and games for family, friend & client gifts. The staff at this lovely family owned store will remember you & your family with wonderful age appropriate suggestions. Brown Bear Toys contributes to our community, sincerely caring about each & every customer. I can count on finding "New Hot Christmas Trendy Toy" in stock. Arts & crafts department has a nice selection of paper, clay, paint, wood, weaving kits. Music section has rhythm instruments, mini guitars, recorders & more for budding virtuosos. Their selections include award winning, hard to find "made in the USA" & chiq European toys- sure to provide educational value and cover a wide range of ages. The Lego department is extensive. Fisher Price toys, that you may remember from your own childhood, grace the shelves. Once finished with your shopping, they will hand wrap your gift (GREAT if hurrying to a party,) & offer gift receipt. Artistic, pretty cards are also available conveniently near the counter. My daughter saved up all her allowance and all extra earnings to buy a lego set from our only dedicated toy store, this store, a small business we usually want to support, despite being twice the price we could find online and at Walmart, she waited in a long Christmas line, when she got up to the counter to pay, the woman made such a rude comment about not wanting my child to pay with her $1 dollar bills, she even went as far as to ask her to pay with different money, ridiculous, she probably would have denied my daughter the over priced purchase had she not had a few larger bills mixed into her ones,
my daughter was too excited for a new lego set to care, but I won’t forget that rude comment..
What horrible customer service. Why are you even gonna work at a toy store with such a poor attitude towards children?
Maybe you should hire a helper for the Xmas rush if your so worked up lady.
We have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars here. Not to mention all the recommendations we gave.
She has lost us as customers.
Our interaction has me left extremely uncomfortable with supporting a store with such a rude representative.
I will not recommend this store to anyone now.

The lady who made the previous comment must have been having a bad day, and it is not the workers fault that this lady came into the store demanding a refund- shoving past people that were in line when the sign up front clearly states that no cash refunds can be made, only store credit. the service I’ve gotten there especially from Mia has been absolutely amazing and she is very helpful and kind. Every time I’ve gone there I’ve had amazing customer service and always enjoy shopping! Wonderful little store!

The best place to go for timeless toys. There’s nothing Disney in this place, which is great. I get my gifts, they wrap them, and I’m in and out quickly.

Drove an hour to get to this you store and it was worth it! They have a full range of items priced from under $10 to over $75. Quality products and nice employees. I will be back.
