Cute clean looking store. Cotton on is nice quality. All clothes are in fashion. Not too expensive. Shirts are $10 and dresses on the floor are cute. Nice dressing room. Big layout. Racks are neat. Would love to shop more at this place. I wear their tshirts all the time. Cute but professional

This just happened today, and I’m absolutely shocked by the blatant racism. My husband and I were respectfully waiting for me to try on a pair of jeans, and the treatment we received was appalling. If they had an issue with me being brown, the least they could have done was show some respect based on my husband being white.

It’s insane how rude people can be these days. Right in front of me, they let another white girl go ahead and try on dresses while I was left waiting for over 30 minutes!

This is unacceptable! The store manager, whether it was the man or the woman (I’m not even sure), was extremely rude. Absolutely not okay!

Wish I could give a negative review. I’ve come here 3 different occasions trying to go to the dressing room and try the clothes on and it’s always closed. I love cotton on clothes and just want a pair of shorts so badly but I’m sick and tired of the poor management. Not to mention all the employees seem like the most miserable people in all of Santa Clara. Unreal.

I don't have any recent photos since I haven't been inside stores since late 2019, but have called the Cotton On Kids store at Valley Fair to check inventory and sizing. The staff there are some of the nicest, most helpful people that are super kid-friendly. If/when you shop there, please be kind to the staff. They're really wonderful people.

The clothes are great but the sales are always terribly misleading and every time I shop here and I check my receipt there was an error. Very frustrating and time consuming.

The coupon that we just got for $10 which we never redeemed, was said to have been redeemed. What a joke. This is how they pull you in the store and make sure you also don’t get the coupon discount. Worst customer service. The clothes are just average quality that can be had for lot cheaper in other places.
