Went in looking for a specific frying pan and Joel was awesome and was able to help me get it special ordered since they don't normally carry it. I unfortunately had to cancel my order later on but the customer service here is so great I will definitely return in the future!

First time visiting loved it i got my first shun chef knife save about 30 dollars from elsewhere, i would truly recommend. Sum stuff is price but hey its for restaurant's that what you would expect. I want to get another shun chef 🔪 when i get a little relive on my credit card...haha.

This place is not all what it seems, there’s MAJOR issues with the staff that management is choosing to ignore. All I’m going to say is that criminals have no place working in a place full of knives. Do what you will with that info.

Best place in the valley for all your commercial kitchen supplies...if u need it...they will have it...if not at this store then they will ship it from another store...very helpful, prices that won't break the bank, and a huge selection...in store or online

Last minute place if you need anything. We needed glassware last minute for an event at our bar. I got there right before closing and they made it a point to roll their eyes when I needed assistance. They came over and, luckily, weren't completely rude but did have that "hurry up and get out" vibe. The glassware was not much, but the prices were similar to that of target or any other regular store. For wholesale, I wouldn't go there. We usually get our glasses in bulk and I can't say this place does well for that. At the end, the girl that rang me up did offer to help me to my car, so that was nice. Hence 3 stars.
