When you walk into this tiny quiet store nobody ever says hi. You feel like you’re intruding in on some side project they are doing or a conversation they were having until you ruined it by coming in. No one ever offers to help. Employees literally don’t know anything. Ever. Horrible customer service. Cute little store though.

April Tuesday 16th by 11am I habe tried to have it returned and the GIRL who was there refused to return money I could only have it returned today with a GUY who was there. It could have been a good experience but was not. NOHO store was where it happened.

Wow! First time in this store and was blown away. Knowledgeable staff and super friendly! I might want to work here. Steven, Dolores, Marissa, Kristi all had great tips and advice as to get started with leather crafting! I met the supervisor and she is doing a a great job managing the store and staff!

Tandy leather has a huge variety of leather and related supplies; they offer helpful workshops. Great place to find all the needed supplies on leather. However, the service is awful to the point of no return. After a purchase, I came back a few days after for an exchange or credit, ready to buy more. The two ladies working there possess an unpleasant demeanor. They refused their own product with hard-faces and self righteousness. There is a gentleman there as well, that is, the other side of the coin, helpful and attentive. I will never come back to experience those ladies hardfaces, they can truly make feel uncomfortable.

Daisy and Delores are wonderful and are always incredibly helpful! The amount of stuff they fit into that small store is amazing! And of course the selection is fantastic, sales are usually awesome. Any time I want to try a new product, I get a great explanation of it, if not a practical demo if I ask. My only criticism would be the physical size of the store. It's not cramped by any means, but it would be nice if they had a little more room to spread out. All in all, though, a great place to find what I need!

Customers cannot enter store. They help you out at the entrance 1 customer at a time until restrictions are lifted. Still, customer service is pretty high from the current associates here. They are knowledgeable and seems open to giving you advice at whatever level you may be. Would return.
