Great staff at this store. Marco was absolutely amazing! I was buying a PS5 pro for the kids. Marco had to go in the back to get it. He was gone for a while. When he came back he apologized for the wait and told us they only had two left. This one was was buried way up high on a rack, so it took some time to get. As Marco was ringing it up, he noticed the factory seal was broken. Marco immediately offered to go get the other one for us. I was very impressed by Marco's great attitude, happy demeanor and offer to get the other PS5 for us. The world needs more people with these qualities. Thank you Marco!

Customer service at the El Cajon Best Buy is excellent!!! Levi Andre and Natalie were amazing all very helpful. I went in not knowing what laptop to buy and then with Levi’s help and knowledge I was able to pick the perfect computer!! Thank you so much to the 3 of them for the awesome customer service!!!

Was told a pick up was ready got there then told me not until 8pm that day and the people at the customer service stand working there were rude and disrespectful and they were last week I was there ordering the pick up gave me a dirty look the only good customer service I received was up front the customer service stand didn’t even apologize and the guy was named flower. For people going to customer stand at this Best Buy be prepared to have no customer service your on your own unless you talk to the people up front

Best Buy is always a fun stop for us! My daughter loves playing DJ and dancing to the surround sound testers, and the staff never minds when she cranks up the volume. They’re always super helpful, whether we’re shopping for TVs, ink, kid-friendly video games, or the latest cell phones. Their customer service makes every visit easy and enjoyable.

The place was extremely busy for black Friday. That was to be expected. My only qualm is that there has to be a better way to run a checkout process. It's difficult to get through a narrow line with a cart and larger items.

My retired neighbor accidentally deactivated Sim card in pixel 6 cell phone. He could not make calls, phone wouldn't connect to network. ISAIAH was awesome, El Cajon CA location..... Within 5-10 minutes he had it back on and useable. Thank you so much! Beyond excellent service.

I am extremely disappointed with the way Best Buy handled my recent return. I returned a TV within a week of receiving it, expecting a quick and seamless refund process. However, it turned out to be a complete nightmare.

Upon returning the TV, I was simply told that the refund would only take a few days. Two weeks after and still didn't receive my refund. I was then told to deal with the corporate office regarding the refund. Hoping to resolve the issue promptly, I contacted the corporate office as instructed. Unfortunately, even after numerous attempts, my refund was never processed.

Frustrated, I decided to reach out to the store once again in the hopes of finding a solution. The response I received was far from satisfactory - I was assured that my refund would be processed within a few business days. However, it has been well over a month and a half, and I am still waiting for my refund to materialize.

The lack of accountability and poor customer service displayed throughout this entire experience is truly disheartening. As a result, I decided to cancel my Best Buy membership and will no longer be visiting their store.

It is truly unfortunate that a store I used to be a regular at, purchasing numerous electronics, has let me down in such a significant way. The unprofessional and useless customer service I received is just unacceptable.

I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Best Buy. Their failure to provide a prompt refund and their overall lack of professionalism indicate a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

If I could give a negative star, I would! I am so completely STUNNED at the lack of service. Do not EVER trade in your laptop!!! If you call, you get routed to their global call center who will tell you your trade-in is worth $200+ and then you get to the store and they look at you like you're crazy. The Geek Squad then told me $30. Later I get to the register and it's suddenly zero…$0.00?!?!?

They take zero ownership of the mis-information they provide throughout their entire company. All they could say was “that’s our call center, it’s different.”How is it different…it’s all Best Buy?!?! Besides, how or why is that my problem?

What’s more shocking is that it’s a known issue. They all DO admit that their call center has done that many times, stating that equipment is worth more than it is. So they know it's a problem, but won't do anything about it?!? They also won’t do ANYTHING to compensate you for any/all time, and frustration. Not even a measly $10 gift card!! They claim everything is computer generated. If managers can’t do anything then why are they managers? Why would upper management hog-tie ALL of their employees from providing great customer service OR even doing the right thing?!? All they could do the entire time was shrug their shoulders and say sorry.

Truly, the most ridiculous and shocking experience I’ve ever had with a retailer.
