This company is a scam. I had issues with my order right after delivery and tried to resolve it with the owner, Dinah, but she's shady. The business doesn't even have a proper address (AS I HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH)—she claims they're located in Oceanside, but I'm going to contact the city manager once they’re open on Monday to report them. I received one free item, but she never made things right, so now I’m missing three items. I've sent her pictures of the package, but she’s still in denial. She’s emailed me excuses for eight days straight and hasn’t resolved anything.

Do not order from this company. I’m contacting my bank to block any further fraudulent transactions from her. In all my years of business, I’ve never come across such a shady business owner. This was just for a $100 order, but the experience has been ridiculous. I’ll be filing a complaint with the City of Oceanside on Monday. Im also filing a fraud report with the police so that I may criminally prosecute her.
