What a cool store with a fun, cute vibe. High quality children's clothes that are both timeless and hip all at the same time. Great selection, great prices, fun atmosphere, warm and inviting. Staff was friendly, helpful and overall this was a great experience, will go back.

I had extremely bad shopping experience here. Two months ago I came here to buy two dresses for my children, one is for 4 years old, and the other is 18 months. I saw a beautiful display dress for 12 months come with a underwear, so I decided to buy 18 months for my little. When I took home I found out the dress without underwear, so I brought the dress back to ask them give me a underwear because I still want to keep it. The manager refused to offer me a underwear, the manager said the underwear come with only 12 months not 18 months size. How ridiculous it is. If the 18 months dose not come with a underwear they should let me because the display has it. And I asked to do return they also refused.

Buyer beware.
They're do not willing to refund for returns. What's worse is they don't tell you until after you purchase something. They apologized and said they were in The wrong for not saying anything until after we were charged but wouldn't issue a refund anyway. We are better off shopping at Neiman Marcus for our kid's things. Also, they have some brands on sale that aren't very good so be careful if you decide to buy there. I'll use the credit they gave me and never buy there again. I respect their return policy, I don't respect that they hide it until after you buy and even lie about it until it's too late. Poor and shady business practices. I shopped at the Valley Fair Mall location.

I purchased 2 pairs of childrens shoes but when I took them home the kids feet were slightly bigger.
I came back to exchange a few days later and they gave me the hardest time ever. I wasn’t returning them and I just wanted a bigger size. I felt disrespected and I had to argue with them. Finally they exchanged them but they lost a customer. Never shopping here again. Improve your customer service

Extremely bad experience! !! Never buy this store again. Cheating customers when buy the product. When we want to return the item, the director refuses the refund.

I saw the store owner replied my review and I think I need to write down the whole process.
1. The store salesperson uses wrong price information to push customers to buy the product. There is no price tag in the product, that’s why we have to ask the salesperson about the price. After we got the receipt, we noticed that the price is different from what they said (more than $50 difference for one kids cloth). Two salesperson pushed us multiple times and even refuse to hold the item for a few minutes while we are looking for other candidates. Their reason is that this is their last item, unless we buy immediately, they will not hold it. I never see this kind store before. I am really regret that I purchased the product even after their very rude push.
2. When we return to the store and ask for return (a few minutes later), I met one lady (the store owner who replied my review). I just asked for return. She only give me two options “exchange or store credit”, she said this for three times and even say “I cannot hear you ”. I used the same reply “return to my credit card”. Then, they lady just refuse to talk and listen to me in a very rude way. She even interrupt me and make me cannot explain and say a single word. This is really make me uncomfortable and it is my motivation for this one star review. I usually do not submit reviews, but this lady really let me enjoyed my worst store experience.
3. The lady replied that “we denied the refund”. It is really unfair. They give us no other option and push us to choose the store credit or exchange. She described many complicated process in their internal system and did not mention how long it may take. She make you think the refund is mission impossible. We just do not want to waste time waiting or stay in this store any longer.

Very bad experience. Got pictures of some pairs of shoes from sales rep and when I got to that store they raise the price by pretty much 50% more and refuse to do price adjustment. Never shop in this store. You can get much more reasonable prices for the same shoes from the boutique or department store.

Be careful of return. We bought some kid cloths but when try to return some unopened items after a week, it doesn’t allow free money back, it only returns credit that can only be used in this store.

Cloth with price x10 more than others but unbelievably x10 worse quality.

Holes after two days of wear. Walked in store asking for fix or replace, told unfriendly by manager to walk away and store is taking no responsibility.

Definitely avoid!
