Purchased a Sonic the Hedgehodge backpack this from Hobby Hunters through Walmart.com. The item was listed that it shipped but we never received it from Hobby Hunters. Walmart contacted the company and they never responded within 48 hours. I contacted the company and they did not respond either. All my son wanted was this specific backpack to start kindergarten with next week and now he can't. Terrible customer service by Hobby Hunters.

Placed an order October 2nd and to date the only response I get is "The package should be delivered shortly". Obviously their definition of "shortly" is the polar opposite of mine. There has been NO movement at all on this. Will never again order from this company (ordered through the Walmart site).

I had ordered a Superman throw and got a Batman throw instead. Do not know how such a mistake could have been made. Am sending it back and ordered another one. Hope they read the order better this time around.

Warning, do not purchase anything from this company. They will take your money and send you emails stating that your order has been shipped when in fact its never been shipped at all. When you question where your order is, its running late if their favorite response. But yet it never comes . lucky for me i used amazon to buy from this company and they fixed it on the spot as soon as they saw the order was actually never shipped even though Hobby Hunters claimed it was.

DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR AT ALL.... ORDERED STICKERS FOR MY GRAND DAUGHTER DRESSER A MONTH AGO AND CANT REACH ANYONE... WAS ON HOLD ONE TIME FOR 45 MINUTES, ORDER SHOWS DELAYED THE DAY IT SHIPPED FROM THE WAREHOUSE, I WILL TRY REACHING WALMART TO GET MY REFUND. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HOBBY HUNTERS AGAIN!

I’m never going to but from again I’m brought a Harry Potter key chain on dec 7 2020 and I still never got it says it’s delivered but really it says it’s delayed and I still never got it and this was from Walmart too
