tried 2 times to talk to this business about having replacement glass cut. Both times a woman just hung up on me. sounds like she was on a speakerphone with lots of background noise - try another shop. Just to be sure I followed up with an email request that has also gone unanswered after 1 week.

I've driven by this place for many years, and I knew when the day would come, I'd go to them to give them my business. Fast forward to now, and I gave them 3 pieces to frame. The grand total was SO AFFORDABLE! The sizes were 24x34, 17x11, and 18x22. For the biggest piece, I got plexiglass on it for safety reasons. The other two are with glass. They have great options for framing, with many colors, designs and prices fit for any budget. The rep Martha was super helpful. I also like that she is bilingual. I can't wait to see the finished product and will post up pics when I can. For now, I'm definitely won over by their impeccable customer service skills, friendliness and options. Note: parking is limited, but there is a plaza across the street.

I needed two paintings stretched and framed on a short notice between Christmas and New Year. None of the places I called could accommodate, except Frame Club, and they did a great job on a short notice. Wide selection of styles, prices are more than reasonable, but it's the great customer service that will keep me going back.

I always went to Aaron Brothers in Burbank for my frames but they went out of business. I found Frame Club online and they not too far away so I went there and they are great with customer service and prices. Martha the salesperson did a wonderful job of helping me out. Highly recommend.
