Terrible customer service. I ordered a buggy on line that was supposed to be in stock. Two weeks later, I get a refund email that the item was not available. Two weeks after that, the PayPal refund failed. I had to open a PayPal claim. Zero communication from them. This place is a Chinese owned company with stock in the USA. Buyer beware.

I have had very good luck dealing with this company. Understand this company is mostly mail order. Products come from China and may be delayed due to lack of flights from China to the US. Customers need to have reasonable expectations.

Piss poor service.

Buy your rc parts elsewhere... Ordered from the ebay store on on the 5th with garunteed delivery on the 11th. Its the 10th and my item has yet to ship. ... called and got hung up on.Working with ebay customer service now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Scammer!!!
Sends the wrong parts and will not replace or refund. They will however send a tracking number that shows they never dropped the replacement at the post office.
