Help me please! Everyone has a sweet tooth, mine was in full bloom in this bakery! The staff were the nicest people ever! Let’s talk about there deserts, where can I start? They all we’re good I had the cheesecake caramel walnut chocolate cake, like they say it was worth dying for well maybe not, but it was damn good if you got something you need to take care of sweet-fix, this place is highly recommended. Don’t forget to grab the cookies.

You can tell what the proprietors of Hummingbird Bakery prioritizes when you walk through the door: A display case with a baffling array of sweets (cupcakes, cakes, tarts, eclairs, etc.) in front of a *massive* kitchen! I've loved every single thing I've gotten from here (we recently bought cupcakes for my child's birthday) and have never been disappointed. I have no idea how they're able to produce such a diverse quantity of desserts, let alone how they do so consistently and at a quality that is second to none.

Everything I got was very tasty. They are one of the few places around here that sell teacakes, so I bought some for my mother and she loved them. She is from the south so this is something she grew up on. The cake is very tasty and moist it is really good cake that they use. The eclair pastry cream was above average much better than most of the eclairs I have had. It was not too sweet and very rich. The only thing that I didn't particularly care r e for their frosting was a little too sweet for me and had a little bitter aftertaste but I just removed it and ate the cake and feeling saved me some calories and enjoyed a really good piece of cake. I will definitely visit again.

Cakes last few times I've gotten slices very dry... my friend got the same thing the next week hers was good. So, I must have gotten an old piece it was 3 different kinds

Great local bakery for Vallejo. Friendly staff in a bright and clean setting with delicious pies & baked goods. Coffee for dining in and special orders to go. Exceptional banana pudding.

The cupcakes are always a hit, every flavor! The glass door has been broken for a while, it should be replaced as it makes the place look bad. There are a lot of signange that makes it super tacky but these cupcakes are worth it!

Wow we are blessed to have this wonderful bakery in Northern California. Desserts are the best I’ve ever had. Each dish is well thought out every flavor and texture. There is such a huge variety of desserts and they are able to do custom orders with advanced notice. Store is sparkling clean and staff are amazing. They have everything from southern desserts to some really gourmet flavors and everything in between.

Dec 2019: Updated to mention that the full-sized pecan pies are delicious as well. We called to ask if they had any pecan pies left, they didn't but made the pies special order, and fresh, just for us! Can't beat that

Dec 2018: Delicious pies, reasonable prices. They had these small pecan pies that were like $1.75 each! We'll be back to try out the rest of the menu!
