It may take a minute to pick up but that tells you their cookies are exceptional. Three generations will tell you "We Love Crumbl Cookies" The store is clean, the staff busy and friendly as can be. Love their earning incentives and my free cookie on my birthday.

Great, consistent crumbl quality/yummy, buttery cookies. The staff say hey and answered questions when I asked but were slow to explain that I needed to order on their electronic kiosk. Cookie quality made up for it all though 😊

Out of all the crumbles in the bay area this has to be the worst one. It’s literally a hot mess. I’ve never seen such a dissorganize disgusting kitchen. The walls are filthy. I understand that the bakers were overwhelmed with the Beetlejuice collaboration day because everybody wants it, and I do feel bad for the workers, but they looked high. They were working slow and weren’t sure were to start or what to do

The service is amazing everyone is so kind there. The cookies of the week are always very intriguing and make me want to go every week but after a few bites it can get very sweet which is typical for most cookies that you buy at any store!
