I swear I would have not been able to do my own pool cleaning the free pool testing helps me keep my pool I great working condition. no matter what the problem is Im able to fix it with the help of the workers and then I get to use point to buy stuff in store is the best part of coming see u should have another location open.

terrible customer service. the guy answered my questions with one liners. I asked about a product and would he recommend it and he said, never had any complaints. then i asked if he's ever had any experience with the product and he said, i don't know i don't own a pooland still had the audacity to just stand there waiting for me to make a decision.

Owning a built in pool for a few years now, Leslie's in Hemet has always helped us troubleshoot and get exactly what we need. Today, Victor went above and beyond. He checked out our little hayward and helped me decide exactly what we needed to fix it for the best price. Not only that, but he did all the repairs for us- same day. We are so thankful! Our little guy is already buzzing all over the pool, doing his job 10x better than before!

I really enjoy visiting this store, my pool was in real bad shape after the winter months, I thought I would have to empty my pool. I came in and talked to Victor and he assisted with his recommendations on how to fix the water in my pool. Victor is a fountain of knowledge, when it comes to pools he's definitely the subject matter expert. Victor brought my pool up to a 90% with in weeks. With the past management I use to spend a lot of money but the results where not what I expected. Awesome job Victor keep it up.

Victor the Manager is very knowledgeable and is helping me through after neglecting my pool for over 6 months. My pool is in bad shape and his skill is very helpful. They have what you need there and know their stuff.
