Rented a suit for my son's prom was told to bring it back on Monday. Went Monday at 1pm open sign was on but doors where locked with a note they went to the bank waited outside in the car for almost an hour no one showed up. Went home and called every 10 minutes no one answered until almost 7pm was told to return on Tuesday. Went to return the suit Tuesday afternoon and again the doors are locked people outside waiting for them to open, waited for 30 minutes this time and still nothing called a few times and no answer still. My first time renting from them and will not be going back. I just want to return this suit and get my deposit back.
