I shop at CVS for shelf stable grocery items and personal care items for 70 homebound senior households. I REALLY appreciate the coupons and my Extracare discounts. Sometimes it takes me 12 or more months to have enough for those 70 households but I make it work! Thanks CVS ( your associates in the Alpine , Ca store are so awesome)!

Impossible to get through to pharmacy because they won't answer.. called store and gave up after 20 minutes on hold. Just wanted to know if my Rx was done...shouldn't be that difficult.

Severely Over-priced Items and many items were reduced in size, amount and volume, yet were more than doubled in price!

Corporate Greed, Indeed!

I will become a smarter Consumer and Shop elsewhere!

I've never has any issues with the pharmacy here. I've been using them for the last 4 years. My Dr calls in my prescription, the CVS texts system alerts me when to pick up. I go in wait 3min or less in line and I'm done.
I shop here often for quick needs and am always in and out in a few minutes. I'm always greeted by someone when I walk in and if I have question someone is always ready to help. The customer service has always been helpful. I've not had an issue with rude staff. So I'm pretty shocked by some of these reviews.

Shout out to James and Joan - the most amazing, nicest, helpful CVS staff I have met! Checkout system was weird but they took their time and did their best to make sure i get my transactions right. Store is clean. Insidr and outside. I wish CVS will recognize Joan and James for their great customer service. 🙂

I was really sick and I had a prescription for a vitamin.its been 2 months and I got a text and a call it was in .came in today and it's not ready as promised and I asked if they would get it in ever,he said no. So I'll have to buy another bottle when I have coverage. I call and it's like ten minutes getting through the COVID VACCINE push they do. Really needing to switch pharmacies

This pharmacy is terrible! I had to fight yesterday to get an RX that my MD prescribed and I called in an RX today and told to pick it up after 2pm. When I went in to pick it up I was told that I had no more prescriptions left. No offer to call my MD to get more, did not know why the call in system was not updated. This pharmacy has NO customer service. I am now switching to the Savon in Alpine, I have a friend that uses it and raves about the service. I will never use this CVS pharmacy again, they do not even deserve 1 star.
