The ambiance is wonderful, the restaurant is bright and cozy. Drinks are great, they have offer plant-based substitutions.

Some dishes can be modified to be vegan/friendly if you omit cheese in avocado toast or a salad, but nothing really substantial if you don’t eat meat. The Green Goddess salad that I had today had way too much dressing, even though another avocado dressing was on the side of the plate. The salad was spicy which came as a surprise to me. I don’t mind a little of kick, but dressing was overpowering. I was thinking to order a piece of bread but I could only order 2 pieces of bread for $7.50 with a small side of butter and jam…

Took out 1 star from Service section because they didn’t clean out table for a really long time, I had to watch and hunt them down to ask to clean, and then to ask for a check, and we spent there a good 2 hours or so, they were not paying attention to our section, I only saw them seating a couple of new tables and taking care of their orders but didn’t pay attention to us.

Pancakes that my friend ordered for her daughter looked scrumptious, I wish they offered at least one vegan pastry or dessert.

Bluestone Lane has a beautiful atmosphere, and they even have their own parking lot. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options, and the service is excellent. They have a wide variety of food options. I ordered the brekkie, but since I don’t eat mushrooms, I had to ask them to leave it out. It would’ve been nice if I could’ve swapped it for something else. I finished my meal pretty quickly and had originally planned to stay and work with my roommate for a while, but the tables were quite small, and the space was really noisy, so we didn’t stay long. Overall, though, it’s still a very pleasant spot.

Very chill place to have branch, family and pets friendly. The food looks beautiful and fancy and tastes healthy. The Avocado smash toasted is good. I’ve been here twice and one thing I didn’t like is the long waiting time, we waited for like 30mins for food to be served.

It’s a beautiful cafe. Patio and porch are lined with nice plants and flowers. Super picturesque. Inside is brightly lit and has an open feeling; not cramped. But service is slow and I’m glad someone told us to scan the QR and order that way as opposed to waiting for a server. Once we ordered that way, food and drinks were pretty fast. The food was delicious! At least the breakfast burrito and avocado toast were.

Bluestone Lane Cafe in downtown Los Altos is a gem for brunch lovers. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, making it an ideal spot to relax. The food is really delicious, and I particularly miss their hamburger, which was second to none. I wish they would bring it back to the menu. However, the service quality could use a major improvement. Despite this, it's still a must-go place for a delightful brunch experience.

It looks better in photos. This was an interesting experience. I was excited to try based off of photos. Service here was good until we were seated then they became very aloof and difficult to flag down.

This was our first time dining here. We were given paper menus, then noticed there was also a QR code on the table. We noticed that the menu provided on the QR was much smaller than what was on the paper menu. It took multiple attempts to flag down a server before we were noticed. We had to ask for clarification on what menu items were available. They do run out of options, both drink and food, so checking the QR code will give you the most accurate menu available. Their digital menu is not a great user experience. The menu pages are finicky easily flipping from category to category rather than letting you scroll down the page. When we did receive our food, everything looked a little sad. The flavors were okay, but the portions are pretty small especially for the price.

Since I looked up Bluestone I was excited about it !! Went with my hubby for breakfast yesterday. I was concerned about how busy it might be based on what I read on the reviews and the wait time so I made a reservation. We were seated promptly 0 wait time. Also, it was a Wednesday so let’s keep that in mind. He ordered a baked egg plate that was unavailable so he ordered another one and it turned out DELICIOUS, I ordered the lemon ricotta pancake and loved it! Presentation was great and it was big enough that I needed a box. Wait time in order a hostess can notice you to take your order was a bit long, but service was good and hostesses are pleasant and friendly. The ambience of place was also very cozy.

Would absolutely be back! Ah, and the green tea was so authentic that it tasted like the one I tried in Singapore before! Something that I do not find here much with the taste and quality! Hands down.

The food here is overpriced—an avocado toast costs $18 after tax! I ordered the BL burrito and the BBQ brisket sandwich. The burrito lacked flavor, and the brisket sandwich was overly salty.

I had purchased a significant amount of credit on the InKind app to use instead of paying with a credit card, and this restaurant is listed on InKind. However, when I tried to pay, they told me they don’t accept InKind payments in-store. If that's the case, they should remove themselves from the app.

It was also very difficult to flag down a server. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and we won’t be coming back.
