My first purchase with this place was great, love the layout of the store, has amazing vintage collectibles and is very nostalgic. However, a purchase I made recently had a missing figure out of a four pack BuzzWorthy Bumblebee Legacy Creatures Collide transformer box, payed retail price so I thought I was getting a good deal, but I had no idea a figure was missing because the box is enclosed so you cannot see inside and because of the price. I wasn’t even told before I bought it that the figure was missing. The whole point of the set is Goldbug (the missing figure) vs 3 other insect inspired deceptions and predictions. Only reason why I even wanted the set was because of Goldbug. I lost the receipt and do not know their return policies of if the would even believe me. So I unfortunately lost a good chunk of money. They need to label and warn others if parts and figures are missing. Now my only chance of getting a Goldbug is spending more money on another retailer for another whole box because no one has been selling them as individual figures. I did want to give more stars because of nostalgia but as I wrote this I felt the disappointment all over again. I would not recommend purchasing here, only recommend seeing it as a museum of nostalgia.

Love this place! All my childhood toys,and then some. Great displays and friendly staff. Photo is from Halloween, as you might have guessed! The Han Solo in carbonite is awesome, an old ILM hand helped with the accuracy. Fun place to stroll through.

I just stumbled onto this place while walking around the Railroad square yesterday… Friendly staff, awesome toys for sale. Massive comics to choose from. If you collect GI Joes from the 80’s, or Star Wars action figures, even He-Man toys… Best shop of its kind I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend stopping in for a look at the things you forgot existed… Thanx Again

Not knowing what to expect, I journeyed down to the basement of The Batcave Comics and Toys store. I was not disappointed. Massive inventory of vintage comics and classic toys for the young and old.

Located in a storefront basement walking distance from Railroad Square, a bit off the beaten path. Huge selection of mostly vintage toys, games and comics. More geared towards collectors than kids, but everyone is welcome. They always have something interesting on the TV.

Be ready for some steep stairs to get in and out of the Cave, though they aren't too big a hassle. The staff is knowledgeable and usually pretty friendly.

Definitely worth a stop-in for anyone looking for a quick and fun trip down memory lane or anybody interested in old-school memorabilia.
