Lots of variety to choose from and a truly engaging experience for visitors to get glimpses of the history of the trail as well.
Very kind and accommodating staff and very reasonable prices.
A great gift shop for those back home to have tangible memories of your trip to the Falls! The cafe is nice as are the enveloping benches, marked with the signature history of the park. Includes a video presentation of sorts, with plenty of pictures that chart the timeline of the park.

A very busy place went to purchase a bottle of wine and the girl at the check out couldn't sell not old enough. Asked if there was anyone else she said they could ring me up in the cafe. Only one girl working there with 20 people in line not worth the wait so I put the bottle down and left the girl was pleasant and nice

There is a reason this park is rated 3rd in the nation. As far as I'm concerned it's a tie for 1st with Letchworth. Each has so much to offer and so much beauty. We love hiking the gorge at Watkins. My grands loved being able to walk behind the falls in the gorge and going into tunnels and caves along the way. Bathrooms at the base are VERY convenient and when we were done we drove 5 minutes to Seneca lake to swim. It was a great trip and the kids had a blast.

Really cool place with lots of cool, funny, strange, and interesting trinkets. This place has a bathroom just out side of it and is very large and clean. This building is located in the front of the park and is a great place to buy memoirs. Not to mention that their is an icecream place in the back which is nice after taking a long walk in the hot weather by the waterfalls. I would recommend getting the ice cream after the walk and not before because the path is decently long.
