Extremely relaxing environment (even as a neurodivergent with severe sensory issues myself). Best staff I have ever met in my life. Gareth, in particular, has always gone above and beyond his job as being a shopkeeper. He treats everyone as a peer, regardless of age, and genuinely cares about us customers. The same can be said about Patrick and Craig too.
The staff never push you into making purchases, so you never feel obligated to part with your money. Despite being a shop, Replay is much more community oriented than focused solely on profits.
Replay does everything it can to make anyone who goes feel safe, regardless of sex, gender identity, political ideologies or background. It is a place of peace and community, where you can find others who share your interests and bond with them.
I have been going to replay for years, and most of my best memories have happened here. However, the staff have also helped me through some of my darkest times. No matter what is going on in my life, they have always been extremely welcoming and accommodating, in a way I've never experienced anywhere else.

Great stock, and ttpically very good staff.

However, I was a little disappointed in this store recently and the staff. I had phoned to check if something was in stock, was told it was, drove for an hour through traffic to the store, ran to it to make sure I got there before it closed, only to then find out the product wasn't in stock to begin with. Felt very lied to and really annoyed I'd wasted my time and money to get there.

Helpful and pleasant staff, very glad we have an independent boardgame shop in our wee country. And my wife knows when I say we're going to Bangor (from the north coast) that simply means I'm going to replay for a minimum of 1 hour. Big fan of this shop since my wife and I got into the boardgame hobby 8 years ago. Fully recommend.

Absolutely amazing shop with an extensive stock, everything from plushies to boardgames and decks/booster packs for every card game imaginable! Customer service is always top tier with an owner who never fails to put a smile on the face of customers, I couldn't recommend this shop more to anyone that is a fan of anime/video games/card games!
