Went In to buy Pokémon packs, and got kicked out because we were by ourself. I have been on my own before and nothing happened (all three of us are 13 and 14 years old).

Parked to buy a stroller for my baby. Got a parking fine for staying 3 hours, which I don't remember seeing any restrictions about. Worse even, they rejected the appeal despite providing the purchase receipt.

Rang in the morning to check if we came to purchase a bike they would have capacity to build it before we left or within a few hours and call back for it which they assured me they could. Purchased the bike to then be told they could not build it that day! It was said with a snarky attitude and when I explained I had called ahead I was just scoffed at. Left with a disappointed little girl! Staff stood round chatting and look disinterested when you attempt to ask questions about a product. Rubbish customer service

Highly recommend the Baby Room at this branch, the staff were so helpful at putting two new parents at ease with the process of buying and installing a car seat. They gave professional advice but also listened to our concerns and questions. After having a poor experience at another branch I was apprehensive about choose here for our car seat but wow I am so glad I did! Can’t remember the names of the two women who helped us but honestly both were fantastic!!

BEWARE "offers" with hidden conditions, check the till total!!

Tried to use the (simple?) £5 off for £50 in store spend Black Friday offer, my £5 off was not applied at checkout and I only realised after leaving the store. (Looking at T&C's, I think a Minecraft branded mug I bought purely to get the total over £50 may have been classed as "gaming" which was an excluded category. It's a mug.)

Some stars given for the very helpful member of staff who scoured the store to find a toy I was looking for.
