Excellent store. Really helpful staff. Massive selection of lego sets. My kids love creating their own mini figures there. The pick a brick wall at the back of the store is handy for getting a range of random lego bricks you may need for your creations. It's nicely located in the centre of Liverpool one, so it's easy to find. Store can get busy and hard to navigate especially if you are in a wheelchair or have a pushchair so best to go during the week during school term. Holidays and weekends are busy.

We always love a visit to the Lego shop and usually end up buying a small kit when there.
If you've never been, the staff are really happy and friendly, and there are lots of constructed kits around the edge of the room in cabinets for you to see the finished effect.
Very exciting for the Lego enthusiast.....

Massive shout out to Ollie! Every time we visit Liverpool from Chester our seven year old loves going in the Lego store. The selection is fantastic but it’s the staff that make the experience.

On today’s visit our little boy joined in on the building table and Ollie helped him build a bungalow. He was absolutely fantastic with our son, helping him, engaging with him and showing an interest! He was so knowledgeable about the upcoming sets and talking to us about the Lego trains! Thank you you made our sons day!!!

Very good experience. I was looking for the D&D minifigures, and LEGO staff kindly informed me there was none available in the store. A staff member (I can't remember his name), let me know that he spotted some in another store in Liverpool One, and I managed to get some! Great service from the LEGO staff here.

I recently visited the Lego store Liverpool and had an exceptional experience thanks to the staff.I was planning to buy two custom Minifigures as a wedding gift and the staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed to customize the Minifigure.Would really recommend trying out the 'build your own minifigure' at the store.

Staff are always helpful but pushy. They always limit the amount of people in store so it is not overcrowded.

Lots of selection of sets!

Make sure you get a VIP Card. They are free and you collect points with each visit.
