Friendly, extremely knowledgeable staff. They have a good range of products and decent stock levels. If you're after something specific they're happy for you to phone up and they'll hold it for you so you don't have a wasted trip. Also have the in-store build days which are great fun for kids and adults alike.

I went there today and one of the workers James was very polite and came up to my boyfriend and I and asked if we were alright, and when we went to check out he made conversation with us about the item we purchased and even offered us a larger bag to put all of our other items in as he could see we had our hands full. Overall, a very welcoming and positive experience and I completely recommend this store and believe James should be congratulated for his brilliant customer service! Will be visiting again! ☺️

Jess was AMAZING, me and my brother were making ourselves as Lego figures and she made the experience so much more fun, really went above and beyond with us helping us decide which pieces worked best. I made a figure for my boyfriend too and I showed Jess a picture of him and she nailed it again. Such a friendly atmosphere I loved it x

Amazing trip to the lego store today to get a pick and build ended up spending ages in there having fun creating little displays for our minifigures! Lovely staff, Jess was amazing super cool to talk to and really kind 🙂 will be going back very soon!

Nice atmosphere in the store and the boxes are all set up so neatly. Love that you can make your own lego people I'm a huge fan!
One of the store attendees, Jesse, was so friendly and endering. She let me hold some of the lego displays and knew what would interest me. I'm going to save up for the dungeons and dragons set and I love cherry blossoms, she told me the bonsai also has pink leafs which I'm in love with and will be adding it to my Christmas list.

Amazing buying experience at this store! Staff are welcoming and friendly and the store is clean and well stocked. Jesse in particular is an asset to your staff and gave a fantastic customer experience when I bought a set recently for my partner. Very knowledgeable and gave me tips to get the best out of it.
