I was told to check out the shoe box for their selection of keen boots. I walked in and both the ladies working there were very nice and helpful. They had the Keens I was specifically looking for and I was pleasantly surprised with their pricing. They were the same price as the cheapest pair I could find online. It felt really nice to shop local.

I had to ask for my purchase receipt?
Yes because I wasn’t getting a purchase receipt.
Also handing me a receipt without saying “ thank you or any other greeting “?
A totally horrible customer service!
