Went to this store last night to get stuff for my daughter and david was very helpful and told us everything we needed to know about each item we sent him to the till about 5 times and he did not get frustrated at all and was still ready to help us even made us laugh at some points and in my opinion that’s what it’s all about when going to a store. David deserves a pay raise after going above and beyond for his customers even the lady on till was very helpful and polite.
Just wanted to say a big thanks to staff at this store and hope the big boss can give you something in return thanks

Even for a 3 year old, this product is dangerous! The chips and sausages are smooth with no hole at each end and once wet could slide easily down a child’s throat blocking an airway! Please be very aware, even with supervision, it’s an accident or death waiting to happen!!

Went to buy presents for my children but unfortunately members off staff arguing amongst themselves and the unbelievable thing is the senior member off staff (manager) seemed to be ignoring the situation and just continuing been focused on their phone been oblivious to the situation. Definitely wont be shopping again.

Been here a few times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They seem to have more stock than places like argos. The car park isn’t the biggest so sometimes best to park in Tesco and walk on.

Went to look at prams and David was awesome knew so much about range, happy to spend time answering questions and fit and taught us to use car seat thanks

The lad in gaming section was very arrogant and not helpful. Also when ordering online for collection I'd of thought there would be a collection point. Instead you queue up at the tills.....

Bought a bloody bike that took 3 hours to fix and still didn't finish completing it due to a fault in the mechanics of it. Took it to the store the next morning with the intention that my 3 year old wakes up to see it complete ( replacement) but was met with a very rude manager. The staff member at the desk was amazing but once the manager came, he was very rude in his approach to the situation and made indirect comments that if someone knows what they're doing it shouldn't take so long etc.
Will definitely not be buying from this store again.
