Very vast range of toys and other products in here, displayed very well - especially the Lego section, some decent prices on the footballs, reminded me of going to toys r us as a kid, hope smyths stays open for this generation of kids and those after.

Outstanding customer service received yesterday at the Wigan store when I called in to collect a bike I had ordered on click & collect. The bike was slightly different from the one ordered online as the older version had been discontinued. All 3 of the staff who engaged with us went out of their way to make sure our Granddaughter got what she'd requested & we were happy with our purchase they gave us 3 different options to choose from & we left completely satisfied. Thank you all so much for your help.

Great Experience at the Wigan Store this weekend. We went in looking for a new car seat and Ian saw to our every need. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and even came to test the seat in the car. Absolute quality service and we bought the seat for cheaper than both Halfords and Amazon. Ian then pointed us in Dave's direction as we were looking for bikes for Christmas and again the service was outstanding. Dave made sure that the bike we tried was spot on and even advised us on aspects of the bikes we didn't know about. Both staff managed the entire process professionally and with great vigour. I can not recommend this store enough and both staff mentioned above are a credit to the company.
