This is a very big toy store. It has been a while since I visited one and was amazed with the huge selection of toys. My daughter headed straight for the Pokémon toys and picked out a few things. The checkout line was a little long, but when we got to the front the cashier thanked us for waiting. That was a first and very much appreciated. Overall, we spent an hour browsing and picked up a couple of things to take home with us.

Customer care could do with some improvement. I asked for help and the guy acknowledged that I was speaking to him through eye contact but carried on speaking to his colleague. Also didn't seem to care and said they didn't stock a product, even though they did.

Hannah from Nottingham in the pram section / car seat section honestly what a credit to the store absolutely knows her stuff and if she is on commission I would have got all the seats....
Please let her know as everyone is quick to complain.... She was amazing on Saturday x

Whent yesterday to buy child car seat
the lady she served as was very helpful and polite,and also the store Manager helped us until we reached our car and showed how to fit

We bought a baby car seat online, and went to collect it. The Manager at the Nursery department (ASHA) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We accepted her offer to fit it for us - it was just as well we did, as the seat didn't fir properly in our car. She said it was a common thing with some cars. She suggested a different seat (same make and price) and showed us, on the demonstration car seat in the store, how to fit it. Excellent service.
