Staffs our kind but if your gonna put something which is available atleast put it on the shelf . Also advice atleast put all the Roblox toys at one area because I couldn’t find the royale high toys.

Tell me why no one can exchange a factory defect item. I purchased a 44£ item of baby sit me up . The product is faulty and I took it back for an exchange just after 2 days. I was told it’s not allowed because of hygenic reasons. Now what about my money . I can never forgive you for this. All the staffs including the manager were very rude.

Had to return a 3-1 travel set today that I had bought back in February, was able to exchange for the same item, got home to end up with the exact same fault as the previous set (must be a manufacturing issue ) went back for the 2nd time and was offered a full refund but I chose to get the value as credit towards a different 3-1 travel set.

Got home and everything with the 3rd set works as it should, which is a relief as we’re 4 weeks from our due date.

So a big thank you to the staff and their manager for being patient and a big help.

Bought Kids electric scooter which keeps tripping my electrics at home when on charge . I Am still in my warranty to exchange or refund with in 28 days but been told to bring evidence of it happening which I have done by manger called Alex who give me a new charger to try to see if it fixes the problem which it didn’t so went back in the next day and spoke to Craig the new manger on at time which just refused me of any help to resolve the problem and told me to leave the store. Very unprofessional and rude and no customer service at all especially mangers in store .(£180) looks like gone down the drain .

I've phoned multiple times over the past 3 days and not once has the phone been answered. So this morning I went to the store and rang whilst the shop was absolutely empty. The staff completely ignored it and just carried on chatting. This is not good enough.

WARNING They do not keep up with advertised offers. 3 for 2.
Picked up 3 Thomas and friends motorized trains one of which was advertised as 3 for 2. Expecting to pay full price for the two with out offer stickers to then be told no its not on anymore when clearly labeled on the shelf. Was told i had to buy 3 of the same for the offer to work, which im not going to buy 3 of the same. Then told i couldn't do that and they were not going to honor anything.
Called and spoke to a duty manager who agreed i should have paid full price and got the advertised one as displayed.

You need to watch out for a duty manager called Craig " LOOKS LIKE THE WAITER OUT OF SCARY MOVIE WITH THE TURKEY SHOVED OVER HIS HAND" Rude unhelp full man
