Smyths have a fantastic range of toys, bikes, and video games for kids. Huge selection of board games as well. Prices are reasonable. They offer a click and collect service, which can be very useful. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance, and there is wheelchair parking. The staff are helpful and pleasant.

I have ordered 2 items for click and collect which are IN STOCK on the website. They have lied to me saying it’s not in stock and have told me the 3rd time to come back for my items. This is ridiculous as I have spent over 200 quid but yet it’s not in stock? They need to email me when ITS READY thanks. its sunday now and no email for my order to be collected. 7 days what a joke

We visited today and as soon as we walked in we felt as if we were being watched and made out to be thieves and was made very uncomfortable with staff waiting at the end of aisles watching you or pretending they were doing something this company has to change this puts people off that are wanting to buy stuff SORT IT OUT NOT EVERYONE IS A THIEF!!

Hello, I was in your Liverpool Speak retail store yesterday and bought a headset that was compatible with PS5. We tried everything on PS5 to get the sound working it didn’t work. So we took it back today a lovely girl named Amelia helped me and my son she tried the head and it did work. Told her we tried everything and that his old headset work bought a new one that didn’t. She then asked Colin (Ged) who asked us relevant questions and said ’ As goodwill’ we shall honour the exchange. So the new one was replaced with a different headset. Thank you to Amelia Colin and the manager Mike's 5-star customer service. Thank you. Xxx

Me and my partner went in to do some Christmas shopping yesterday and we were watched from the moment we entered the store. Had a feeling its because we are a younger couple. I understand being Christmas that stores are more paranoid about people stealing but we felt so uncomfortable with being watched by the security and the staff that we left. I've never had a problem before in this store but yesterday made us feel like we just weren't welcome at all.

Me and my group of friends went here , well near here . As we got close to tge door we got stopped from going in , because we weren't 16. It may be store policy but , it would look a lot weirder if a group of 16 year olds went here to a kids toyshop instead of a group of 13 year olds looking at games . Only place that's done this to me. Wouldn't go back.
