Went in to buy something for wee sister manger followed us around shop then come over to us telling us to get out done nothing wrong!! Then said we got kicked out for laughing manger is sooo rude do not recommend also taking photos of us!

Went in on Saturday the 7th of December to get the kids heelys for their Christmas. Wanted them to try them on to get the right size for "santa"! Emma helped us find the right shoes. Once the kids found the right size, Emma taken them away to "get cleaned" so that the next customers can try them on. Neither child was aware she was taking them to the till for us to buy after the kids were out the way.

1st class service with a smile. Thank you Emma.

My friend and I tried to access the Smyth's toilet, but one of the till staff told us that we were not allowed to enter the store, due to my friend looking like someone that recently got kicked out. This is appalling and needs to be fixed!!!

DO NOT BUY LEGO FROM THEM!! I bought the Lego Mercedes g500 and there was a piece missing, they told me they couldn’t take it back as it had been opened even though I had my receipt and I explained to the manager I wasn’t told this when I bought it. He then said it wasn’t his responsibility.

Store sits in what appears to be a normal retail park, *but* the parking is not free. If you don’t buy a ticket, expect a £60 fine triggered by automatic number plate recognition. You don’t need this before Christmas.

I feel the store could do a LOT more to point this out to customers.

Store us good with a large tange if toys. Only downside is the parking as is operated by a shoddy operating company. Signs are difficult to see and they have removed the option to pay with cash at the machines and now need to use a silly app. Would sooner park across the road at the multi storey

I will never shop here again due to Brittania parking. £100 fine for 1hrs parking, threatening letters and signs that could barely be seen in the full car park. I will never shop here again. Well done Inverness

huge store with a grrat amount of legos, toys and other stuff
i mainly visited for the lego, for which they also had a nice sale going on
other than that it was fun roaming through the store because of all the superhero toys or merch for all ages
also theres a lot of parking spots
