Great Children's toy and book shop. Also online too but worth going in person for the experience to find some very unique toys from Europe and abroad that are usually very good quality, handmade and very hard to find. Prices reflect the quality and limited quantity available for some items. We really like the wooden toy selections, especially the Grimm's toys, which are great. Lots of hours of play with those.

Finally came to my favorite shop in person after ordering from our home state for several years! It’s just as magical as I imagined. They even had special inventory out that wasn’t on the website. We loved it all! Staff member at the desk was lovely as well… showing us how certain toys worked & allowing our kids to be excited and touch many beautiful toys without stress or alarm. Thank you for staying magical!

The most magical toy shop in all of Los Angeles, we even drive here from the west side! All of our most precious toys have come from this shop. The owner is so lovely, helpful and thoughtful. They also have a great online shop for those unable to make it in!

This store is an absolute dream! They have the most unique toys - lots of Montessori toys, stem toys for toddlers!, art toys.. it's all amazing. Also picked up a baby shower gift: dinosaur booties (rawr), a mushroom stuffie, and a knit dino. And the prices were conservative: definitely some high end items, but most of what I bought (and a lot of what I saw) was totally reasonable. I don't know if my daughter is more excited to go back.. or me.

One of my absolutely FAVORITE toy shops! I love to shop online and (when I visit LA) in store. It is such a whimsical place. The owner truly cares about each customer and the community at large. If you are looking for a fun and unique toy, you definitely need to check out Merci Milo!
