It's better than Gamestop. They are friendly, they have a good selection of games and consoles, new and retro. Good selection of tcg and figures. Just... PLEASE, BRING MORE ABOUT DRAGON BALL!!

Owner of this gaming store tries to extort eBay sellers by bullying and ruining seller’s perfect feedback on items that arrived sealed to his establishment. Brandon is selling stolen goods in his store because he can’t afford the rent of the location(you can google his name for the pp loans being forgiven, while he also replies in other reviews his location is “ran by one person” but blames “some kid putting random price stickers on items behind the counter.”)

His “sealed” items are resealed in the back with plastic seal and a hair dryer, and then sold at scalping prices(see other google reviews and yelp reviews), but he himself complains about sealed items being sealed when purchased online(see photo and his response below). His ebay account is audiotronic117 (which he hides the fact hes a store and scalper) and you can see his negative feedback of selling resealed items that do not actually include the game inside. His purchase history of used items on eBay have a few matches of “sealed” items he listed and sold.

Edit: He admits to it in his reply to this review. Wont reply to me on eBay but replied in 6 hours on Google reviews. What a scumbag. Xbox has sticker seals, which he admits was sealed and got the Xbox for well under MSRP from me. In his original message to me on eBay he admits its sealed.

Also, games have plastic seals. He uses a blow dryer to reseal used games. You can tell in the photos of the games he has listed because of the non-folded seals around the top of games. Reseals remove this.

Take your business elsewhere to an honest company that wasn’t funded by nepotism and greed.

Kingdom Games is THE BEST GAME SHOP!! They are so friendly, knowledgeable and prices are competitive. A safe place for your kiddo to participate in tournaments and an all around great atmosphere. Thank you Brandon and team for working so hard and bringing great gaming to our County!

Nice experience and nice people but I wish there were a lot more games there

Just moved here a few months back. Went in today to buy a ps2. They had a ps2 slim listed for $99.99. I went up to it and was about to ask for it and the dude told me the price was wrong and jumped it up another $40. I didn't have that much available. On the way out I asked if he was sure about the price, maybe it was refurbished or something, and his response was to holler across to the guy at the register and ask him to print out the price tag. Can you be more rude? That was embarrassing for me and I was pretty upset about it. I was supposed to get my son a game while I was there but just didn't want to be there any more after that. His excuse about the price was "we had some kid working for us and he just went around slapping stickers on things." This after I spent almost $200 there the previous week. I'll do my video game shopping where I commute to work to from now on. A good shop would have honored the price they had on it, a decent shop would have been respectful, this is a trash shop.

The staff is great, I'm new to the area and they made me feel like I've been going there for years. The gaming community is one that I've gravitated towards over the years and it never fails to amaze me how welcoming and accepting it is. Thank you guys!

I recommend this store to everyone in lake county. I love their lakeport location, and was just as impressed with the new location in clearlake. The staff are not only helpful, they are extremely educated in all things video and table top gaming. I also enjoy that they give 20% more for trade ins than game stop. I will definitely shop there again.
