I think they did a really good job.. the guy at the front counter was a little less knowledgeable than I expected.

I shattered my phone screen and CPR replaced it within one hour. I brought my phone in two hours before appointment time and task was completed promptly at the promised time. The gentleman recommended a Zag screen protector to protect my Samsung screen. Was very pleased with service provided at this location.

I was referred to this cell phone tech center by the T-Mobile store in Aliso Viejo. Yesterday, I tried to install a new app on my cell phone, and it did not go well. Soon, after starting the process, my home screen became unrecognizeable, and I had no clue how to deal with it. Fortunately, the CPR guys recognized what was going on, and in one minute they had the problem resolved. Thanks guys.
