Was not greeted. Unpond checking out I requested a receipt for my purchase and was told very rudely that they were only digital since the pandemic. Why would giving somebody a receipt for a purchase? Have anything to do w/ a pandemic that was how many years ago? Not sure why they couldn’t be kind…and helpful? Cute shop but I won’t be back!

Magical Child is a very cute baby, toddler, and younger kids store. They have adorable clothes and bring in location vendors for unique items such as baby sunglasses and the best knit booties. The staff is kind and helpful and they never mind if your little one enjoys some of the toys as you look around. I would say their prices are on the average to high side so I typically shop here for the unique piece to a gift. They have a great variety for both girls and boys, and my daughter loves the Hape line that they have.

Magical Child is our favorite children’s boutique in Encinitas. They carry baby and toddler clothing as well as accessories and shoes. They can cater to any budget. They also have a great selection of unique toys. Magical Child is a great place to purchase gifts for friends and family as you are sure to find something special and they offer complimentary wrapping. Lastly Magical Child provides a kid friendly shopping experience and offers an in store play area which is a must for me as I am usually accompanied by my 3 littles. We believe that Magical Child is truly Magical!

Love this store! So amazing for baby shower gifts and kids/birthdays. My kids loving playing in the play area while I shop! They have all the best in kids fashion and the all the toys are great, lots of wooden toys and toys for sparking imagination.

Great place to shop locally for children`s items. I was pleased to find the brand Native here. My daughter loved the store. There was a very friendly extra sales associate to help with finding the right item and entertaining children. There was a sensory activity table that will provides amusement for age appropriate children while parent shop.
