Samuel was very helpful in educating us about the details of repainting our house and staying within the HOA guidelines. Turns out we had a lot to learn and he was patient in explaining it all. In the course of remodeling 15 cabins in Strawberry, we have relied on the expertise and guidance of Eric (owner) and Sam (owner's son) for over 17 years. We have found them to be knowledgeable of their products, fairly priced, very friendly and eager to assist at all times. They are open six days a week and always have been, so I have no idea what the other "reviewer" is referencing with his "only open 4-hours per week" statement, which is completely false!
