Love this place but Staff are not the happiest people. I have not seen anyone that smile here unless I come during the day they are having one of those off days. They seem to be bothered when asked for help, two employees are having a convo about their Management. The good side it is pack with goods and a ton of clearance.

Recently visited HomeGoods in Dublin, California, and was thoroughly impressed with their art picture selection. Not only is the variety vast, but the quality of the pieces is outstanding. To top it off, the prices are incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend for those looking to spruce up their living spaces!

Update 10.21.22 Autumn theme decor, housewares, & goodies are abundant!

Update: 8.20.22 lots of Halloween and even Thanksgiving decor already on display. Our family feels that the furniture is quite overpriced and much of it has some sort of damage - nothing major usually, but despite the retail price listed, we feel like there should be deeper discounts especially on damaged goods. Someone must be buying it, though, or they would be making a change in pricing! We do really enjoy looking through housewares as there are typically lots of interesting gadgets, pots & pans, and gourmet type snacks that are really giftable. Lots of interesting bath items that we do feel are quite fairly priced and typically the quality is average to above average. Still no change in the parking. That's never going to happen anytime soon if at all. Persimmon Place is overpopulated for the parking available especially during the holidays and weekends, but we do love to shop at Home Goods!

So many interesting items, veritably no sales people on the floor though. Hard to get projects done when no one is available to help.

I recently had a frustrating experience at HomeGoods that has left me hesitant to return to the store. I attempted to return some items I had purchased, but unfortunately, I did not have the receipts with me at the time.

When I approached Veronica, the sales representative, to process my return, her attitude was far from welcoming. She was skeptical about my return request and asked numerous questions that felt invasive and unnecessary. To make matters worse, Veronica incorrectly stated that the items I wanted to return were purchased over a year ago, which was not true. (After I got home I found the receipt showing the purchase date was actually 9/25/2024.

As a valued customer, I felt unfairly treated and disrespected by the sales rep's approach. The lack of professionalism and the misleading information provided by her made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued. I believe that excellent customer service is crucial, especially when handling returns, and unfortunately, HomeGoods fell short in this instance.

I hope Marshalls addresses this issue and provides better training for their staff to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and fairness. Until then, I am hesitant to shop at this location again.

My favorite, January right after the holidays probably the worst selection and still decent every other time of year lots of goodies and deals to be found

Love this place. As a realtor, I always find the items I need to finalize the staging in my listings. Keep checking in as they always have new and random stuff to pick from.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!

I bought 3 pillows from here, which probably had some stains on them when I bought them. They were not going on with my overall living room look, so planned to return them.

But there was this lady probably with curly hairs, who denied that they wont take them back because it has stains and used. In fact I never used them. She was super rude and told the cashier to move to next counter and leave me as is, also told me to take whatever actions I want to take.
Absolute insult!
Immoral, pathetic and unhelpful staff!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, THEY MAKES IT HARD TO RETURN THINGS EVEN IF YOU DONT USE THEM
