My kid came here yesterday and spent her own money to be totally scammed. These are NOT authentic LOL dolls but you sell them in real LOL packaging? What a hack! Anyone who’s seen a real LOL knows these are total fakes. Mouths are deformed. Bottles don’t fit in the mouth. The crown is 2X bigger than the doll. So you take LOL packaging and put in a bunch of dollar tree junk? The ball said 7 surprises and but only came with 3 items that all didn’t work. You should be ashamed for stealing from kids.

Hostile environment with rude staff—avoid bringing kids here.

My son was excited to visit a toy store and play. Outside, there were car demo units with no signs or associates around, so he started playing. Suddenly, a teenage employee ran out, rudely yelling at us that we needed to ask permission. I explained there were no signs, but the associate dismissively said it’s “common sense” to ask first and said that we are only allowed to demo it if we intend to buy it. Ironically, common sense says that kids are free to try out demos without asking permission at a toy store. It is also common sense that demos are meant to be tested before buying, especially at a toy store. He then screamed that we weren’t welcome. I strongly advise parents against bringing children to this hostile, unwelcoming atmosphere.

I am not surprised to see the low ratings that the toy store has.

Bad place, and toys seem all counterfeit (packagings have no trademarks nor licenses) with subpar quality. They even sell stuff like shock laser guns which seem very unsafe for kids. On top, kids are not allowed to touch things on display. I don't think this place should be even open but maybe for some small overpriced accessories, it can do.

A good way for you guys to drive up sales is to first off not profile your customers, and second off not do a 400% mark up on everything what you’re selling is obviously cheap so a 400-1000% mark up is incredible.
