My 9 y/o daughter used to love going here. Now she hates it because one of the workers slapped her on her behind, and was mocking her and being rude to her. I was in shock. My daughter is such a little sweetheart not sure why this lady is working there.

I went in for the first time in a while and was happy with the service. Store staff was friendly and helpful. I went in to sell an item and was happy as they gave me a fair price. While I was waiting I looked around and they do seem to have quality items. I will definitely be back to sell any additional items I need and will be back to buy as my little one grows. Thank you so much for your wonderful service today!

I love taking my old items and getting store credit for new ones. The pricing is almost always great and everything is in fantastic condition. They will not negotiate pricing which is understandable. I'm sure that's what they would be doing all day if parents argued about prices.
I took off one star because sometimes the wait to consign your items can be up to 2 hours, especially if staff arrive late, which had happened to me more than once.

Dang .. I really believed this place was legit .but according to the reviews it's bad real bad.. sound like they judge you .by color or nationality that's a little disturbing..also knowing if you get there with all sorts of items to sell its no guarantee they will take anything at all. And if they did its sound like they rob you giving you petty change for good stuff.then turing around and selling it for high price ..not cool..these review tell the truth and from what I see and read employees seem to be a big issue with there bad attitude and saying unprofessional things yo customers. Alot of people say they wasted there time. And i believe it...i guess this wont be my choice.. and for those who are reading this I will be selling alot of toys and nerd guns and clothes very soon ..

The store front gives the impression you can can sell to them anytime they are open. You can only sell at limited times during the week. I don’t have a problem with that & don’t think that’s bad, but then the worker tells me only the first 15 people will be able to sell. I asked her if it’s difficult to be in the first 15 & she didn’t know. She said I can make an appointment, but the first appointment time is in 3 months. I’m just not sure that it’s worth it. I looked around at the clothes & they look old & worn & out of style (in my opinion). I think if they looked at more clothing, they might get better options. But it is their business & it must be working out well for them as it is. On a positive note, I will say there are a lot of nice toys & baby equipment. I think someone could enjoy deals on those kinds of items!

I like this place I've been here more than once and shopped for my children and grandchildren. This visit included finding shoes for two babies, a boy and a girl. this is a resale store so although there are some new items the majority are gently worn. I did find shoes in excellent condition and the prices were more than reasonable. I will be going back.you'll notice I've only given it 4 stars, it's not because it's not a great place it's because I don't give any place five stars unless it's absolutely out of this world.

Prices are a little higher than expected from a resale store, and the place is a bit small and crowded, but overall it's still worth a visit every so often! The best value are the pull-up training diapers - better than the cheapest brand!

Called to ask a general inquiry on a price range as a seller whether it's between .25 to whatever they had $
Cassandra mgr could not even say. She should know but instead refused to say?! Instead she suggested I post on FB marketplace or offer up. I was being turned away before getting there? People coming from a distance should not consider driving to this location. Only the first 15 can be seen? What if they are always the same sellers who takes up those days? But no matter what we say, it's their store.
