The owner prepared 6 table arrangements and a single large arrangement for my mothers Celebration of Life - they were beautiful. She also opened early so I could pick them up prior to the event. Very happy with the entire experience.

I used danville florist for my mother-in-law‘s funeral service. She was a very glamorous woman, with very particular tastes. As you might imagine, I had very high standards for her flowers. I didn’t like any of the arrangements in the catalog at the funeral home. At the end of browsing, the gentleman there said “you need to call Danville Florist.” So I did. I showed them some photos of what I was thinking. When I finally saw the arrangements, on one of the saddest days, it took my breath away. Seeing the striking arrangements around her, I knew she would have been so happy with our choices. I think because I know the flowers would have been so important to her, I often think about them and I think how “her” they were. This was many months ago and I still feel strongly enough that I felt compelled to write this review. We were so appreciative.

I am not the type of person to usually write reviews but I am newly engaged bride-to-be. My mother and I are looking for florist for my wedding, we had a date set for March 14th 2022 at 3pm that the florist confimed our appointment via E-mail. We decided to look at this place based on the good reviews we have seen. We traveled from Castro Valley to Danville for this appointment. We arrived at the store at 2:50pm to account for parking. When we arrived, the sign on the door said the store was "CLOSED". I went on to google and it said the store was open 10am to 3pm and after 3pm by appointment only. My mother called the store's number and there was no answer so we left a voicemail, we then proceeded to wait till 3:15pm and still nobody showed up, by this time we still have not recived any call back or email from the florist...

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED at the service from this store, We had an appointment reserved and the person we were meeting with DID NOT E-mail, call or message us about if there were any issues with the date of our appointment...

So thank you for wasting our precious time and gas money...
You just lost a sale.

Always able to accompany my orders, even a last minute one during the busy season: Valentines Day! This place has a personal touch you just don't get with larger stores. Prices are excellent, and service is the best. I will always recommend this florist to people in the area. Deserves nothing less than 5 stars.

Outstanding service & beautiful choices of flowers! Danville Florist & Gifts created the centerpieces I ordered for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. They were able to deliver to the location and really made the event complete! Instagrammable

This lady is so sweet who owns the place. She wants everyone’s to look the best she can make. She made mine 2 small sunflowers while the other lady at Safeway said they could only do roses. I am so happy and the corsage looks very well held together and very fresh. Thank you!!

Very unprofessional! My fiancée had a 3 pm appointment today, 3/14, to look at floral arrangements. This appointment was confirmed the day before. She arrived at the store at 2:50 and no one was there. The store was closed. Tried calling but no one answered. There was no notice that the appointment was canceled.

Called them up all the way from Texas to deliver some flowers to a friend in CA. These guys were very nice on the phone, helped walk me through some options, and I just heard from my friend they were delivered today. She loved them, so the selection we ended up going with was perfect. Highly Recommended.
