We had the best experience today at Woody Hut! Stopped by while we were walking around and ended up meeting Boots. We could have stayed all day and chatted with him! Great store, but even better conversation! Would highly recommend stopping by if you are near. Cheers!

What nice owners and cool shop! My mom did all her holiday shopping here last year and found cool and unique gifts for everyone. Their selection of puzzles is great, along with a variety of beach vibe gifts. I found my softest pair of pajamas there too! Good folks run this place! And the location couldn’t be better. ⛵️

Amazing store but the owner was even better. Extremely friendly and has great character! Talked with him for over an hour and can tell him and his wife are great members of the Dana Point community. Will definitely come back and loved talking with them. We need more business owners like them!

I traveled to Dana Point, California from South Florida the week before Thanksgiving.
I truly enjoyed my shopping experience at The Woody Hut. It is located at the scenic Dana Point Harbor nestled among a variety of shops and restaurants. The Woody Hut is a great place to find good quality souvenirs, jewelry and clothing among other items. I was thrilled when I saw the store had a variety of beautiful, one of a kind, hand painted Holiday ornaments depicting Dana Point. I have traveled around the world and collect ornaments from every place I travel to. The store owner, Christa, spent some time showing me the many different ornaments and helped me pick one out. Unfortunately when it was time to hang it on my Christmas tree, the string that was attached to the top of the ornament detached from the ornament and the ornament fell on the floor and was shattered.
I immediately checked The Woody Hut website to see if I could order another one but could not find one. I then contacted Christa who said she remembered me and the specific style of ornament I was interested in and took the time to send me short video clips of ornaments rotating so I could get a good look at them. I picked one out and she sent it out immediately so I could receive it before Christmas and did not charge me any shipping costs. I received the ornament today and it was packed really securely within three boxes. She even included a really nice little beachy knickknack. I have received a truly personalized and wonderful shopping experience with The Woody Hut. Thank you Christa for all your help!

This was one of the BEST shops I’ve EVER been to! I wish EVERYONE in California was this friendly. Him and his wife are the BEST! I just wanted to keep buying stuff they were soo accommodating. I cant Say enough good things about them. My cousin had died and the owner gave me a hat. And the black Dana point sweatshirt I absolutely LOVE I wore It and EVERYONE was asking me where I got It ?

Woody Hut is a really cool shop to get some Dana Point merchandise or some beach themed knickknacks. I picked up a few shirts from this store when we were visiting Dana Point last October. If you are a tourist looking for some souvenirs, check out Woody Hut!
