Everyone in the comments clearly complain for absolutely no reason, these smoke shop owners are completely friendly and love to service their customers with great service and quality products. They always have deals and will always help you with any questions or any concerns. They’re completely reasonable when it comes to returns just depending on if you didn’t break it and wanted to return it 2 days later. However, they are supposed to be open by 9 yet I found myself waiting 10 minutes for them to actually open. Only found issue with this place. But even then it wasn’t too inconvenient.

The owner, whose indifference was palpable, failed to deliver even the bare minimum of politeness and customer service. Located in close proximity to several reputable competitors, this particular establishment failed to live up to the expectations set by neighboring shops.

One major point of frustration was the quality of their products, which paled in comparison to those found elsewhere. It was evident that considerable compromises were made, as the items in question fell substantially short both in terms of their potency and overall quality. It seems that all native individuals in the area are well aware of the underwhelming reputation of this particular establishment, leading one to question why it continues to operate with such lackluster offerings.

My experience with the owner further exemplified the disregard for customer satisfaction. After purchasing a vape which turned out to be defective, I approached the owner with a reasonable request for a refund. To my astonishment, the owner responded with volatility and even resorted to threatening me with what he said was a private carry gun. All implied was that a money back refund was in order and I did make it uncomfortable because it really brought me down that hes the owner getting rich because of us can't do a one time refund. Such behavior is not only unacceptable but entirely inappropriate in any customer-business interaction. It is a stark reminder that treating customers with respect and honoring their rights should be a fundamental principle for anyone in the industry.

Notably, their vapes were an absolute disappointment. The presentation was lackluster, and it became apparent that the products were either mishandled or improperly stored. The dilution of potency and questionable storage practices were evident, resulting in a complete waste of money for unsuspecting consumers. Anyone considering a purchase from this establishment would be wise to redirect their funds towards a more reputable and reliable source.

In conclusion, this smoke shop left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. Id give them 00 Starz and a big phat " hated'em" for NOT being opened, when they clearly advertise OPEN 24 HRS and they are NOT!. WASTED MY TIME AND FUEL. Won't go back there EVER!!
