This is by far the best adult store I’ve been to. Huge selection and incredibly friendly staff. Mo specifically (you’ll recognize him because he is always in bright pink - hair included) was amazing.

Greets you with a huge smile, extremely knowledgeable about the products, and went above and beyond to answer my questions without any sort of awkwardness.

In the era of self-checkout and technology, high quality customer service become a thing of the past. In Customer Servive has become nearly obsolete so So when you encounter someone who actually cares about their job, it really does make all the difference thanks Mo!

Called and the front desk person was very rude discrimated against me and made up a lie about me and said he’s calling the police the manager wasn’t helpful he actually hung up in my face don’t shop here as a black person‼️

I love the customer service. One of the associates named Edward helped me out a lot. If I had a question about something, he gave me an answer and a suggestion. He also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. If you ever go and if edward is there, he's very sweet and very helpful.

I love this store. The remodel inside really gives it a modern feel with lots of lighting. Sigournew was super welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable of products. Great customer service
