Sorry to read the first review. I have bought a few piece that are a treasure - just lovely at reasonable prices. She will help with small repairs not like the fancy shops that don't want to help you with care. Go see her !!!

I asked this jewelry shop to add four charms to a bracelet. The charge: $30 each. Today I asked a jeweler in San Carlos to add another four charms. Charge: $6 each. Boy did I get taken by Erin Mac Jewelry.
Not only egregiously overcharged but it took four weeks to get my bracelet back and they forgot to add one charm. That took an additional 2 weeks. I can't recommend this shop for service or price.
