I love Crumbl and this new location in Carson is great. located off a busy street with easy access from all directions. Ample parking. The staff is very welcoming and were quick to get my order out even though it was jam packed. The store was clean and saw an employee sweeping the front to make sure it stayed that way. Great vibes all around and my cookies were delicious and cooked just right.

I walked into Crumbl, and stood at the counter to ask a question. But I was never greeted or even acknowledge that I was standing there. I had to ask the customers in the store how to order a cookie and if they had any favorites. I went to the counter one more time, but to no avail, no one acknowledged me again, so I just went to the kiosk and ordered my cookie! The only saving grace is my butter cookie was good!!

You place your order on the screens then stand and wait for a few minutes until they pack your box and call your name. No dine in or seating. The cookies taste best fresh.

I would never go back to this location. I Placed an order online. When I went for pick up they asked for my name and if
I had checked in with the app. I was not aware that I had to download the app to pick up my order. They asked if it was for a 6 pack. When I got home I realized they gave me the wrong order. I called and spoke to the manager and was told to go back to return the order that i took originally and get the correct order i had placed. I was irritated because I don't live close by. When i got there the manager didnt apologize rather stopped his employee before giving me my order to check if my box had a bow/sticker. I don't understand why they ask who will pick up the order if they aren't going to ask for an id when going in for pick up. I just felt like there was irritation from the first interaction of me not checking in with the app and then returning with the wrong order.
