One of the worst experiences ever. Anyone who is reading this, please think before buying anything from this store. This store has 0 return policy. I spoke to one of the employees there and asked if i could return a few things i purchased. Again, i have the original receipt and packaging seal. I was told by the employee that once you leave the store, we won't take anything back even if it's bran new still in the packaging. I then stated, what if you sold me something defective?" I than was told, "There's nothing we can do." Also, everything is way overpriced. Half of the stuff you can find cheaper on eBay, and also, they have one of the worst customer service. I called the store before prior to my return, and the black guy answered with an attitude and hung up the phone. Please, anyone reading this, stay away from this store! Also their hours are very misleading..

First time coming here. I am new to the hobby and on working on a DIY rc car. I had a question about batteries and chargers. The employee who help me with only provided minimal info on what I would need or might need. I want support a local store but this store did not feel welcoming. Maybe if I had purchase a complete setup from them things would have been different but that was not my intention on this visit.

Guys in here were super helpful with the questions I had about a traxxas. Ended up buying a better display model they had in a color I didn't know was available. Walked out happy with that and the battery and charger we worked out was best for me.

Medium size shop stuffed with inventory. I picked up the last Maxx and they didn’t have the XMaxx. But lots of Kratons and other RC Cars and trucks. Lots of employees which out numbered customers even when it got busy. They were friendly and helpful. Would shop there again. Like most RC Shops I would call ahead if you are looking for something specific.
