Stopped by with the kids just to see what this place was and was happy with talking with Freddy and Laura. had answers to my questions and a ballpark figure for work/repairs needed. They also have a crawler course there that we'll be back to run on. Thanks guys!

I have purchased multiple rc's from Xtreme speed. The staff has always been knowledgeable an very friendly. I'm very pleased with their service an ability to help get me back to running my RC boat,crawler,trucks an airplanes. If a person can't do business with these fine folks maybe said person needs to reevaluate his or her attitude upon entering the store. personally I think this establishment goes above an beyond any other hobby shop around. All my RC purchases in the future will be done at Xtreme speed simply because of their ability to get me what's needed.yall keep up the good work

RUDE.
I walked into this fine establishment hoping to get some help with an RC car that I purchased for my children on Christmas. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a toddler, which happens to be the best part of this interaction. Shortly after, a female walks out from the back, on the phone. She asks me what I need and I begin to explain the issue that I'm having with the RC car. She interrupts me and says "I'd just have to look it i up on YouTube!" She never asks the person on the phone to hold. Never even sets down the phone. Then she proceeds to tell me to remove my car from the counter because she has some expensive stuff up there and she doesn't want me to break it. WHAT? The counter is covered with paper and parts.
Recap: Didn't try to help. Didn't even look at the RC car. Didn't get off the phone. She didn't even have the business sense to try and sell me something she had in store. Business or front? You decide.

The staff makes this shop a wonderful experience. I recently started shopping here and I'm so pleased with the service. It reminds me of how businesses were ran back when your word was your bond and a handshake meant something. Honest and upfront and willing to work with you on so many levels. If they don't have something in stock they can order it and have it within a week. Plus it seems comparable to Amazon on prices and sometimes even more affordable. Plus the advantage of having the pleasure of doing business face to face makes it even more appealing to me. I would rate this shop the highest of any other shop I've been to. 10/10

These people are very very rude. I called to ask about what I thought was a mix up But as I was trying to figure out why she SAID she would have one brand in after Christmas and when my son went to pick them up she says she not a dealer for that company and can’t get them.
I called before Christmas asked about a specific brand battery traxxas 5000 lipo was told that she had sold the last she had but she had already ordered more and they would be in the Tuesday after Christmas so we told her we wanted 2 Traxxas 5000 so they didn’t come Tuesday no big deal shipping and everything no problem they came Thursday so great my son went to get them for his dad and they are powerhobby 4200 when I called her she says that she is not a traxxas dealer and can’t get those and that the one she gave us was a better battery and would run longer ?‍♀️ Huh I don’t know about RC batteries but I know enough to know that a 5000 is stronger than a 4200. She got really rude and told me all sells are final I never once asked about a refund i really thought she had maybe just gave him the wrong ones but she got caught in a lie and a scam and didn’t want to talk about it. It’s sad when you want to support local businesses and you realize you would have been much better off giving your money to Amazon

Great store but wished they sold model car kits. Some rc hobby stores do carry them. I have seen alot of others use the bodies from the model kits to make there own rc car. Also would be nice to have another store to browse there model kits for more selection other then hobby lobby and other stores.

Great place! Take cash in, leave with something super cool that'll put a smile on your face. Just avoid letting your nephew play with the RC's. He will definitely break something. Follow Xtreme on Facebook. They announce group crawls and post newly stocked items.

Awesome Rc store. They have rc trucks,planes, boats and a few rockets. Highly recommend

Go up
