Irma is a terrible person to have at the front desk since it seems like her goal is to drive away customers from the arcade. Customers mind you that make the arcade an enjoyable place for others and make them come back.Im in my 20s, fit, tall and take care of my appearance. I've had a couple of enjoyable times here but there's plenty of better alternatives. I'm a paying customer and have always had to look past Irma and her bad and combative attitude. Today when I came in I was given less than 3 seconds to express what I wanted to purchase and then she told me to leave because I was taking too long and she called me stupid. I would come back if she could act appropriately and respect paying customers. Management please respond to this and id appreciate it if you made the business better by at least preventing her from outright disrespecting paying customers. UPDATE a second occurrence of this person giving me a horrible attitude and denying me service for no reason. What is this thing doing here blighting the business

Was discriminated against here Sunday morning by the goth lady with the bad attitude in front of everyone. Truly disappointed and disgusted by this treatment as I’ve spent several hundred dollars here & after reading some reviews I’m not the first person this has happened to smh.

I come here with my girlfriend to have fun and the times ive went that happened. I feel like couples (mw) should not be charged as 2 people. I feel like that will actually make your store more money if man and woman are there to have fun.

I have seen lots of good reviews of this place. I went in and visited today. It is a very cool place. And the prices are actually really affordable, i won’t go against their policy and so I am not going to write how much it is to get in.. it’s way less than I thought it would be. Definitely way less than I hear other spots are charging people.. the employee was very cool. Don’t remember the name but really great vibe and I don’t like most people. Anyways the setup of the place is cool. Over all I like this place. It’s a good place.
- the only negative aspect about my experience at Stan’s, also the actual reason why I left so soon.. : there was way too many dudes walking in on me my booth, I tell em (respectfully)I’m not into dudes , they leave, .. it continues to happen , I leave my booth and take a look around. I notice they are standing at every entrance as if to block anyone from coming in or out, I literally hear someone say ay let’s jump him. - I left. - not trying to get “r” worded Not today not any day and definitely not here. Honestly thought I was gonna have to “k” word some foos today who don’t understand respect goes both ways and so must consent.

There are 2 reasons I gave this place 1 star.. First because “No Stars” is not an option and second because the lady at the front registers was nice and friendly so she deserves something at least for that. Now the parking lot is extremely small so finding parking was a task. As we were walking up to the front door there were 3 different cars with men all jacking off in their cars.. well there would be more parking if they made those douche bags leave. After walking into the place I noticed it was extremely small, stuffy and smelled like urine so bad it made my stomach turn. I can’t image how anyone would look forward to going here or working here for that matter. After a couple minutes we were beyond over this place and quickly left. This place was dirty, disgusting, stinky and way over priced.
